Dispatch sees every trip as it happens. - Status: Live on the App Store and Google Play - What the studio did: Product planning, UX and UI design, Mobile apps, Web dashboard, Project management - Live product: https://www.getmedigo.com - Case study: https://yagildigitalstudios.com/work/medigo MediGo moves people to dialysis, therapy and hospital appointments. Before the platform, those rides were booked by phone and tracked on paper. A patient, a driver, a care home and a dispatcher could each have a different idea of when the pickup was, and late or missed rides were common. Both apps are live on iOS and Android. A booking made by a patient or a facility shows up for dispatch straight away, and everyone sees the same status as the driver moves. Dispatch no longer has to call around to find out where a ride is. ### WellSide Behavioral Health (Virtual psychiatric practice) Patients book a video visit, see what it will cost and fill in their forms before the first call. - Status: Live at wellsidebehavioralhealth.com - What the studio did: UX and UI design, Web development, Online booking, Patient portal, Video visits - Live product: https://www.wellsidebehavioralhealth.com - Case study: https://yagildigitalstudios.com/work/wellside Wulaimot Akindele, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, wanted to see patients by video. She needed people to be able to book, find out what they'd pay and sign their forms without a phone call, and she needed one place to see her day. WellSide is live and taking new patients. Someone can go from the homepage to a booked video appointment in one sitting, with their paperwork done, and Wulaimot sees appointments, forms and insurance details in her provider portal instead of an inbox. ### Lash by Doye (Brand and booking site) A new lash studio in London, Ontario that looked ready for clients on opening day. - Status: Live at lashbydoye.com - What the studio did: Brand identity, Copywriting, Web design, Web development, Owner dashboard - Live product: https://lashbydoye.com - Case study: https://yagildigitalstudios.com/work/lash-by-doye Doye was about to open her lash studio. She needed a brand, a price list people could understand at a glance, and a way for clients to ask for an appointment without a long back and forth. The studio opened with its own brand, a full price list with grand opening discounts, and a booking form that drops every request into Doye's dashboard and email. ### ClassyqBraidsLuxe (Braiding salon with booking and a shop) A London, Ontario braiding salon where clients pick a style, see the price and book without making an account. - Status: Live at classyqbraidsluxe.com - What the studio did: Web design, Web development, Online booking, Online shop - Live product: https://classyqbraidsluxe.com - Case study: https://yagildigitalstudios.com/work/classyqbraidsluxe ClassyqBraidsLuxe is a busy braiding salon in London, Ontario with more than thirty styles. Clients kept asking the same things in messages: what a style costs, whether hair is included, and how the deposit works. The salon needed one place that answered all of it and took the booking. Clients can now browse styles, check prices, agree to the policy and book in one visit, then shop for extensions in the same place. Questions that used to arrive by message are answered on the page. ### Porchnote (Family updates for retirement homes) Care staff share a photo from the day, and families see it that evening. - Status: Our own product, in development - What the studio did: Product planning, Care home research, Design system, UX and UI design, Accessibility - Case study: https://yagildigitalstudios.com/work/porchnote When a parent moves into a retirement home, their family often hears very little between visits. Staff would like to share the good moments, but they're busy, usually have one hand free, and have to respect which residents agreed to be photographed. The design is done: 29 screens across four apps, in light and dark mode, using a typeface made for people with low vision. Porchnote is now moving into development. ## Frequently asked questions ### How much does a project cost? It depends on what you need, so we quote every project in writing after the first conversation. You'll see the full price, what's included and the timeline before anything starts. ### I only have an idea. Is that too early? No. Plenty of projects start that way. We'll help you work out what to build first, what can wait, and what it's likely to cost. ### Do I own the code and design files? Yes. Code goes in a repository you own, hosting and domains are set up in your name, and design files are handed over at the end. ### Can you take over a project someone else started? Usually, yes. We'll review what exists, tell you honestly what's worth keeping, and move it somewhere you control. This site was moved off a no-code builder the same way. ### What happens after launch? If you want us to, we stay on for fixes and new features. If you'd rather run it yourself, we hand everything over with notes. ## Pages - [Home](https://yagildigitalstudios.com/) - [Work and case studies](https://yagildigitalstudios.com/work) - [Services](https://yagildigitalstudios.com/services) - [Process](https://yagildigitalstudios.com/process) - [About](https://yagildigitalstudios.com/about) - [Start a project](https://yagildigitalstudios.com/book-consultation)
